Twenty-three chapters in seven parts, spanning governance structures and ownership, data governance, third-party and co-manufacturer oversight, agentic AI controls, security, risk assessment, monitoring and auditing, and incident response, against the regulatory regimes a consumer goods company already answers to. Its scope runs across food and beverage, personal care and cosmetics, household products, pet food and nutrition, and over-the-counter health.
Each chapter closes with a Next Steps block. Appendix A consolidates those into one working guide and marks a core subset as a first ninety days. Appendix B is a glossary, followed by a bibliography. Chapter by chapter coverage is on the chapter reference page.
